There are currently traffic slowdowns along the A30 Caserta-Salerno, in the direction of Salerno. The main cause of this situation is the external road system, which is unable to handle the volume of vehicles near the city of Salerno.

In particular, traffic is slowed down between Mercato San Severino and the A30/Raccordo Salerno-Avellino junction, where there is a heavy influx of vehicles on ordinary roads.
