I took my car here to have two tyres fitted to my BMW which was booked through BlackCircles. After collecting the car, I took it home to discover that the tyre fitter had damaged one of the alloys. I immediately contacted Halfords and the manager told me to bring it back to show him. I returned and showed him the damage, and he immediately refused to accept any responsibility for the damage saying they couldn’t possibly have damaged it. The car was immaculate before I went to Halfords Greyfriars and has been damaged by them AVOID HALFORDS AUTO CENTRE GREYFRIARS, STAFFORD. I’ve contacted head office and await a resolution....
