The world of # campers is a truly exceptional world and is almost independent from all the others. It is difficult to find a motorcyclist who is also passionate about motorhomes and vice versa. Being a camper driver means being passionate about travel and wanting to be independent in every single aspect.
In fact, those who buy a camper want to travel and discover new places without depending on any subject and any structure. In fact, campers are totally independent and allow anyone who buys or hires them to have a total capacity for freedom.
Also considering the current pandemic situation, the camper is therefore an excellent solution to be able to travel in absolute serenity without crossing other people inside, for example, a hotel.
A few days ago, a small guide was published by the national association of reference which has over 200 affiliates in Italy.
The first guideline within this vademecum is discretion . In fact, it is recommended to all campers not to make noises or use loud music during stops. In fact, we must be friendly with others and never bother others, whether we are talking about another camper driver, but also about any person who is inside his home near a parking area for campers.
The same goes for those who are campers and happy owners of dogs who must be clearly led on a leash in order to avoid problems with other subjects.
Parking inside the rest areas must also be carried out with care and in an orderly manner. It is therefore not possible to create an imaginative car park or to go out of the way of the service areas. Clearly if it's just us in a very large mega service area, we can clearly choose the most optimal seat and even expand slightly.
However, considering that in the summer the areas for campers are quite crowded, it is a matter that is not to be totally taken into consideration.
Obviously, the parking areas for campers are regulated and cannot be improvised along the road. In fact, it is not possible to stop and park your camper at any point.
Even more so for overnight stops, where it is better to identify ad hoc parking areas.
As far as discharges and waste are concerned, it is clearly not possible to unload at any point, but you must go to the dedicated wells within the parking areas.
They are truly everywhere and there is no excuse for a makeshift drain down the road. Furthermore, this aspect is not only desirable but also punishable.
As for the positioning of the weights , the advice is to place extra luggage (or for example bicycles or mopeds) in the lower part of the camper. In this way, the low center of gravity of the vehicle makes optimal driving usable and, moreover, the driving pleasure is increased.
It is therefore advisable not to have extra bulk in addition to the size of the camper as they worsen the aerodynamics, but also the easy driving system.
Here are some small tips that can, however, give a pleasant change for all those who are neo-campers or who would like to become passionate about this truly endless and fantastic world in terms of usability of freedom.
