A 2013 Ford focus described as excellent condition, full service history, 1 years mot, no issues whatsoever they had on their advertisement along with a 6 month " gold star" warranty. I got car delivered. As soon as I started car I knew there was an issue. This car needed a gearbox, not only this but there was not mot on it, not even one day's mot. I contacted them on numerous occasions, they said they'd help with repairs but they have not. I was told to " Go Fxxk off " , this was after they acknowledged car was misadvertised.
