On the A1 Milan-Naples there are foggy conditions near Rome, which could affect traffic safety. In particular, the phenomenon occurs in clusters between the Rome North Branch/A1 Milan-Naples junction and the Rome North Branch/G.R.A. junction, with visibility reduced to around 150 metres.

All motorists are advised to pay particular attention and adopt cautious driving behaviors, including:

• Reduce speed: maintaining a speed lower than that allowed helps reactivity in case of unexpected events.
• Turn on the headlights: use the low beam headlights to increase your visibility to other vehicles.
• Maintain a safe distance: increase the safety distance from the vehicle in front, to improve reaction times.
