On the A1 Milan-Naples, dense fog conditions are reported near Caianello. In particular, the phenomenon of bank fog is found between San Vittore and Caianello, where visibility is currently limited to approximately 100 metres.

To ensure safety when driving in these conditions, we recommend:

• Reduce speed: maintain a lower speed to increase control of the vehicle.

• Activate the headlights: use the low beams to be more visible to other drivers.

• Maintain a safe distance: increase the distance from the vehicle in front, as braking times can increase.

• Avoid sudden maneuvers: carry out delicate and predictable movements to avoid creating dangerous situations.

Drivers are advised to pay particular attention to any changes in weather conditions and to stay informed of traffic updates.
