Starting from 00:00 on 15 November 2025 and until 11.59pm on 15 April 2026, along the SS251 Della Val Di Zoldo and Val Cellina, the obligation to have snow chains on board or to fit winter tires will be in force. This provision will concern the stretch between the Erto Crossroads and the Rucava Crossroads, at the intersection with the SS203 Agordina.

This measure is aimed at ensuring the safety of all road users during the winter period, characterized by adverse weather conditions and the possible presence of snow.

All motorists are advised to:

• Check whether chains or winter tires are required before travelling
• Always carry an emergency kit on board, including warm clothes and food
• Drive carefully, maintaining an adequate safety distance

So make sure you are prepared and respect the rules to travel safely.
