A road accident has been reported along the SS115 South Western Sicula at the Porto Empedocle intersection. The accident is causing traffic problems in the direction of the intersection with the SS640 of Porto Empedocle, which in turn is headed towards Syracuse and the SS114 Orientale Sicula and SS124 Siracusana arteries.

All road users are advised to pay maximum attention and respect the signs in the area. We recommend:

• Avoid approaching the area of the accident.
• Use alternative routes, if possible.
• Keep your lights on and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles.
