In the moment of total expansion of the SUV and crossover market, Kia has decided to present a highly representative car with a modern and elegant line. Let's find out together.

The world of SUVs is the one that most attracts people's attention and is growing the most. Owning an SUV or a small Crossover is fashionable, trendy and allows people to identify with a status symbol that was absolutely not considered until a few years ago. Families once bought a classic hatchback or station wagon model if they needed space. Currently, however, the SUVs are the most popular.

And that is why KIA's choice to present a highly representative sedan with a modern and sleek style is certainly something interesting. The name is simple and also curious. It's called # K8 and will build on the huge success of the previous model, namely K7.

The benchmarks are in the Premium quality sector and it is the new model that KIA wanted to use to present the brand's new design identity. We are not just talking about the logo which has recently been reconsidered in a new concept, but also about a new way of developing the cars.

Once there were South Korean cars which were greatly inspired by European cars. Currently, however, all this is almost no longer considered. In fact, if we look at the new K8, we notice how KIA's stylistic progress is absolutely evident and the car has a shape as such in its own right compared to other European competitors.

If we serve it in the front, we immediately notice the new frameless grille that gives the car presence and authority. The grille is in fact integrated into the front bumper and allows for a very clean and wide look. There is a diamond lattice that was designed to express the movement of light. The car can also be made in the version extended to 5 meters and however has a very sporty side profile with a dynamic line that runs the length of the sedan and is inspired by yachts.

The rear is dynamic and muscular and reinterprets today's sedan with a modern fastback car. The taillights are truly minimal, with traces of a futuristic character.

This car clearly aims to position itself within a premium sector, such as the large European sedans. They absolutely have the cards to play it and, indeed, it would also be interesting to see it live as soon as possible.

The interior should be very comfortable and typical of the premium versions. According to KIA in a recent report, the model marks a journey towards design, technology and modernity.

It is in fact the sports sedan that aims to climb the Premium sector and obtain as much market share as possible. It will certainly not be an easy job but it will certainly be interesting to see how not only the Italian market responds, but also the international and European market.
