An important message for users of the A12 Genoa-Rome: a section of the motorway near Chiavari is currently closed due to works in progress.

The forbidden section is the one between Lavagna and Chiavari, and will remain closed until 06:00 on 20 May 2026. Therefore, those who need to reach Genoa are advised to use the Chiavari station as an alternative entrance.
