Starting from 4pm on 9 January 2026 and until 6pm on 7 August 2026, there will be a reduction in the roadway on the SS640 Di Porto Empedocle due to works in progress.

This reduction will affect the stretch between the Ponte Fazio Crossroads - SS122 Agrigentina and the Imera Station Crossroads - Branch to Imera and SS626.

All motorists are advised to pay particular attention to signs and respect speed limits, to ensure the safety of all road users. It is also recommended to plan any alternative routes to avoid congestion in the work area.
