The small city hatchback from the South Korean automotive giant receives aesthetic and functional innovations.

Hyundai, which has always been one of the most important international automotive giants, linked above all to an affordable price range, has decided in these hours to present the new version of its little i10.

We're talking about a really compact car that's perfect for use in the city. It is a direct competitor of the Fiat 500 or Panda, but with very different stylistic approaches.

This version was presented, in the third generation, at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It was the year 20109… 2023 is therefore the perfect year for the mid-career restyling.

To benefit from these aesthetic innovations are not simply the traditional versions, but also the more sporty ones. Observing the new cars immediately, it is clear how new colors have been introduced for the bodywork.

In fact, we have two new colors, namely the light gray Lumen Gray and the blue-violet Meta Blue. Two very bright colors that allow you to combine the sparkle of this car with a way of owning the car that is different from other cars.

Therefore, nine colors are currently available which can also be combined with a contrasting black roof.

Looking at the car from the front, we can also see that some adjustments have been made to the headlights and the front grille. Clearly these changes make up the vast majority of mid-career all car facelifts.

When an Automotive brand retouches cars already in production, it usually modifies the headlights and also the grille, as well as the position of the logo on the front.

These are small tricks, which do not completely distort the line, but which update and give a touch of freshness to the whole.

Designing a car from scratch is something very complicated and expensive in terms of money and time. On the other hand, refreshing the lights and the front grille is something much milder in terms of overall commitment on the part of the Automotive Brand.

In this case we also have new 15-inch alloy wheels, ideal for differentiating from other cars.

Climbing aboard the sportier version, we immediately notice how we have some details inspired by the world of motor sports… thanks to the red touches.

In this case, or rather in the sportier version, the alloy wheels are 16 inches and allow for ideal and perfect road holding.

Climbing aboard the car with the "traditional" trim, you immediately notice the updates, without a revolution in the general layout of the interior. There are new seat fabrics with vertical purple lines.

The dashboard has been slightly redesigned, with a new 4-inch instrument panel that is flanked by a larger 8-inch display. In the latter we find the multimedia system compatible with Apple carplay and Android auto wireless.

There is obviously no shortage of driving aids, even in this small compact city car. In fact, there is the frontal anti-collision warning, which currently also recognizes cyclists, as well as the lane assistant. In this way it is possible to have the car in the center of the lane in total safety.

Driving aids are truly something essential and truly functional for all cars. In fact, we must not think that a small compact car can be exempt from these driving aids.

In fact, it is a matter of guaranteeing the safety of the occupants, thanks to small technologies such as driving aids.

As for the engines, we have the same as the previous version. In fact, the same three cylinders of the current range should remain, i.e. the 67 horsepower naturally aspirated one and also the 65 horsepower LPG version.

For those who want a few more thrills, we can't help but mention the 100 horsepower of the sportier version. Putting 100 horsepower into a small compact like the New Ypsilon i10 is quite a challenge, but there is no shortage of similar cars that have already positively tested this combination of bodywork and engines.

Let's think, for example, of the Fiat Panda 100 horsepower, a real idol for all fans of the Panda world.

No information regarding the pricing of the new Hyundai i10 has been released. All in all, these are small stylistic devices, which should not significantly affect the list prices.

Hyundai has a very competitive pricing policy, and buying a new Hyundai i10 is something within the reach of many people. Hyundai's construction philosophy allows you to take home a compact car, but still built with style and quality.

However, the global importance of Hyundai makes us sleep peacefully, in relation to the materials used and the technology. The new lines, now more modern and with a more pointed and "hardened" nose, also allow us to stay up to date also stylistically.

Hyundai i10 has nothing to complain about other compact cars such as Lancia Ypsilon or Fiat Panda, just to celebrate the two Italians.

It is clearly not comparable to other premium compacts, such as the beautiful Audi A1 can be. Obviously those who buy an Audi A1 are not interested in the Hyundai i10 and vice versa.

At the end of the fair however, the Automotive world is really very broad and allows you to have the perfect car for all those who need to buy a new car. So long live the small compact cars like the Hyundai i10, perfect for the city and to be used in everyday life.
