It should be noted that on the SS52bis Bis Carnica works are underway which involve various changes to the road system.

From 9pm on July 13th until 6pm on July 26th 2026, the following limitations will be implemented:

• Alternating one-way traffic along the stretch
• Night closure expected during the entire period of works
• Transit ban for vehicles weighing more than 7.5 tonnes
• Transit ban for vehicles with a height exceeding 3.80 metres

These restrictions concern the stretch between the Moscardo Crossroads and the Passo M. Te Croce Carnico Crossroads, on the border with Austria.

Motorists are invited to pay attention to the signs on site and to plan their journeys in advance, considering possible delays and diversions. It is advisable to use alternative routes to reduce the risk of road congestion and ensure the safety of all road users.
